Carefully Selected Raw Materials
All core components are made of aluminum alloy or high-strength composite materials. Before receiving raw materials, they undergo composition analysis, hardness testing, and corrosion resistance testing to ensure structural stability in high-salt, high-humidity, and low- or high-temperature environments.
Precision Machining Control
Key components such as the motor shaft, rotor, and blade connector are machined using a five-axis CNC machining center to ensure tolerances meet design standards and prevent operational instability or energy efficiency loss due to assembly errors.
Surface Anti-Corrosion Treatment
All metal components undergo a sandblasting pre-treatment and a surface anti-corrosion treatment using hot-dip galvanizing and a high-adhesion industrial paint process to effectively prevent salt spray corrosion and UV degradation in marine environments.
Multi-Level Quality Inspection Process
From raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, assembly line testing, to final wind tunnel simulation testing, quality inspection nodes are implemented at every critical stage, and a traceable inspection record system is established to ensure transparent and controllable overall equipment quality.
Factory Performance Testing
Each wind turbine undergoes rated power output testing, wind tunnel speed response testing, temperature rise, and noise testing before shipment to ensure the equipment achieves designed performance and stability during field operation.

Our wind turbines have obtained multiple international certifications, including CE, RoHS, TÜV, and SGS. We strictly adhere to the ISO9001 quality management system to ensure compliance with the relevant technical and safety standards of the exporting countries.
